Closed Species Votumoria / Aevitanum Rules

Rule 1:
Dont be an asshole. The community of Votumoria is filled with friendly, sweet and loveable people who love spreading love and happiness, each in their own way. No one says you cant be a lil naughty but at minimum, we expect you to be polite and well mannered when engaging in conversation, games or events within the species

Rule 2:
Please refrain from using your Votumoria for anything that is underage, extremely explicit, violence to animals, political, religious, illegal or in those lines. If you’re unsure if you can post something, please send us a message on the Discord or tH to check. They magical beans that came into this world with a wish and we would like them to stay as magically innocent as possible without upsetting anyone else.

Rule 3:
Be sure to credit the artist(s) who drew your Votumoria kiddos. A simple link can go a far way.

In the same breath, AI Generated Art is not allowed within the species since there is no way to credit the original artist the algorithm drew the style or inspiration from.

Rule 4:
Only registered Votumoria can evolve. You can still use your Votumoria without being part of the species for anything you would like, but if you would like to evolve your Votumoria , you will have to have them registered. Any Votumoria that evolves without the proper steps will be removed and deemed illegal whether it was one that was created by you or purchased from any of our artists.

Rule 5:
Votumoria can be removed from the species but if you have purchased one from one of our artists, or got them in a trade/raffle/gifted, you have to get permission from the original artist that they are ok with you removing them from the species to use as you wish. To void your Votumoria , be sure to remove the following traits from them to deem them no longer an Votum:
1. Heart Stone(s)
2. Wing Frame(s)
3. Any other Lore based modifications

Rule 6:
Nyghtlings are not allowed to be removed from the species or community at all. They are a species exclusive that tie into the lore and thus will not be allowed to be removed in any shape or form. So be careful when receiving one as if you leave the species discord, they have to be sold or returned to a member that is still active within the community.

Rule 7:
NO Artist, Admin or Owner of the Votumoria /Aevitanum species has the right to take back your kiddo. Once you created or purchased an Votumoria, they are yours until you deem it time to sell, trade or gift them. The only exception that can be made is with Nyghtlings as they not allowed to be removed from the community due to their vital role in the lore.

Rule 8:
Duplication, Tracing or Referencing of existing Votumoria is heavily frowned up. Please dont do it. Every fingerprint is unique and so is every Votumoria. Inspiration doesnt mean you allowed to copy and this is a feel good species, I dont like seeing Votum users upset. Just dont do it.

But if such a case arises, please both present me with your Votumoria so I can compare and sort out any issues before the fireworks start. Wont kill anyone to be polite if a misunderstanding or coincidence did happen.

Rule 9:
Commercial usage of Votumoria is allowed within limits. As long as you still own the original design, you welcome to create prints, merchandise, v-models and  alike with your Votumoria but the design itself needs to still be yours.

Just let Anatnem know if you interested in using your Votumoria for commercial usages and what kind so you know its ok’d.

Rule 10:
If you do use popular media as a base or inspirations, try not to follow it too closely. Give it your own flair to make it unique from the original creation.

Rule 10:
You are not allowed to create/sell/post/upload illegal or unapproved Votumoria. You must have a MYO ticket, valid Masterlist code or a registration approved sheet to sell a character as an Votumoria. Failure to comply with this rule will result in banning you, and I really don’t like doing that.

Rule 11:
Please resell Votums at the price you got them for if they don’t have extra art. If you bought it for $X, please resell for $X. We don’t moderate resales of these kids but we ask you keep it fair.

Raffle adopts are not allowed to be resold unless it has extra art to accompany the sale.
